Due to the nature of products Caffeinated Sloth Co. sells, I’m unable to accept returns. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. I strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please let me know if there is a problem with your order and I will do everything I can to correct it. However, if you are unhappy with a scent or flavor of an item you ordered, please understand I can’t issue replacements in these cases. Consider ordering a sample size (when available), read all ingredients to be sure you like the scents/flavors included, or order fragrances you are familiar with to avoid potential unhappiness if your nose is extra sensitive to new smells. I want you to be happy. Please note: If you receive an item that was broken during shipping, I apologize! I do my best to protect my products during shipping, but accidents do happen. Please send me a photo of the item AND envelope/box used for shipping within 7 days of delivery for a product replacement of the damaged item(s). If damage was caused by improper packing, or contact USPS to file a claim if there is visible damage on the envelope/box showing it was damaged during transit.
